All you need to know about Android 13 latest Preview :

We all know that Android is the Google's mobile operating system which they release their new OS every year so part of the yearly development now as per schedule google had released DP 1 (Developer Preview 1) of Android 13 version which is the advanced version to the current running Android 12. This time google seems to be getting another good features in it. Let's look into those details now :

Material You Color Adjustments :

With this new update, The Material You (which is introduced in Android 12 as Theme designer) dynamically adjusting color engine extends to all app icons, Developers will have to provide compatible icons for their apps for this to work as this is not limited to google icons. These custom icons will be available on Pixel devices at first, but Google promises it will work with its device manufacturer partners to bring them to more phones.

Using Wifi instead of Location Services and new tiles :

In this update the another introduced feature is apps will be able to discover and connect to nearby devices via Wi-Fi without needing the location permission. The process of adding custom tiles to Quick Settings will be streamlined with a new API, as well as a new system dialog which will let you add a tile from within an app.

New File Picker with utmost Security :

Along with these features Android 13 also brings a new system photo picker as a standard and optimized way of sharing local and cloud-based images securely. It extends what the Android document picker does which let you share files without the app needing permission to view all media on the device for picking photos and videos too. This should eventually comes to more Android users other than these preview users through Google Play updates for all devices running Android 11 and higher except Android Go.

Easier testing and debugging of changes :

To make it easier for developers to test the opt-in changes that can affect their app, Android make many of them toggleable again this year. With the toggles developers can force-enable or disable the changes individually from Developer options or adb.

These are the notable changes comes with Android 13 first developer preview update. First we will discuss about a Tab which looks like Samsung bring a rival to iPad with it's top end S8 Ultra. Yes, Samsung Tab S8 series comes with 3 different models they are Tab S8 the Vanilla version, Tab S8+ version and the beast Tab S8 Ultra.

In the Tab Series this is the Basic version which we can also called the Vanilla version in the series. With this Tab users will get a 11-inch WQXGA with a resolution of 2560 x 1600 pixels LTPS TFT display with 276 PPI. Unlike Tab S8 this version of Tab get some bigger and better display and a minor changes as well, let's dive into details now. This Tab comes with a Notch display, Notch contains 12 MP + 12 MP cameras in front side of the tab which are a regular wide angle sensor and an ultra wide angle sensor. Tab comes with 13 MP + 6 MP camera setup in the rear side of the tab.

All three Tab's Audio powered by AKG Quad stereo speakers along with S pen stylus, This version of Tab equipped with In-Display fingerprint Reader. Tab Powered by Qualcomm snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SOC, One UI 4.1 based on Android 12 our of the box with up to 12 GB of RAM and 512 GB of ROM, Users can expand their storage through SD card also. Tab backed up with 11,200 mAh battery which charges with up to 45 W charger which is not comes with Tab from the box but you can purchase them.

Samsung is also bringing a new continuity feature that lets you use the Galaxy S22 Ultra which released along (with this device) as a companion display in apps like Clip Studio Paint. Wireless DeX is also here for a more desktop-like environment when hooked up to an external display.

Device comes with 10 MP camera with an f/2.2 aperture lens and an 80-degree field-of-view on front, 50-megapixel primary Dual Pixel wide-angle sensor with an f/1.8 aperture lens and autofocus; a 12-megapixel ultra-wide angle camera with an f/2.2 aperture lens and a 120-degree field-of-view; and a 10-megapixel telephoto camera with an f/2.4 aperture lens featuring 3x optical zoom and optical image stabilisation (OIS) on Rear side. Samsung Galaxy S22+ Comes with Eye comfort shield full HD+ Dynamic AMOLED 2x display with 120 Hz refresh rate with a peak brightness of 1750 nits, powered with Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC runs on Android 12 based One UI 4.1. Device equipped with a 50-megapixel primary Dual Pixel autofocus wide-angle sensor with an f/1.8 aperture lens; 12-megapixel ultra-wide angle camera with an f/2.2 aperture lens and a 120-degree field-of-view and a 10-megapixel telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom, optical image stabilisation (OIS) and an f/2.4 aperture lens triple rear camera setup and a 10-megapixel selfie camera with an f/2.2 aperture lens and an 80-degree field-of-view.

Samsung Galaxy S22 offers up to 256GB of onboard storage, while connectivity options on the handset include 5G, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth v5.2, GPS/ A-GPS, NFC, and USB Type-C port. Sensors on board include accelerometer, ambient light sensor, barometer, geomagnetic, gyro scope, hall, and a proximity sensor. The handset is also equipped with an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint sensor. The Samsung Galaxy S22 packs a 4,500mAh battery that supports fast charging at 45W, while the smartphone also supports 15W wireless charging as well as Wireless Power Share for reverse wireless charging.

Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra Specification Details :

The Galaxy S22 Ultra features a design similar to the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra with a flattened front, back, top, and bottom with curved sides. the S22 Ultra also feature a more gently curved display. The Galaxy S22 Ultra uses an aluminum frame and Corning Gorilla Glass Victus+ on both the front and the back. The phone as well as the S Pen are IP68 water and dust resistant which features an updated latency of 2.8ms and AI-based co-ordinate prediction technology. Samsung has also improved the handwriting to text feature and it now supports 88 languages. With the new Quick Note feature allows you to attach or link content in a Pop Up note within Samsung's apps like Browser and Gallery. There's also a new Collaboration View feature that enables syncing between a Galaxy S22 Ultra and the Tab S8 Series. This lets you use the S22 Ultra to change your tools while drawing on the Tab S8. we already discussed above.

The Handset Comes with a 6.8-inch, 1440p Dynamic AMOLED 2X panel with a dynamic 120Hz refresh rate and 240Hz touch sampling rate, 1750 nits of peak brightness, Display houses with an ultrasonic fingerprint sensor.

The device features a 108MP F/1.8 main camera, a 12MP f/2.2 ultrawide camera and two telephoto sensors which are - 10MP F/2.4 3x and 10MP F/4.9 10x periscope respectively. At front side you will get a 40MP F/2.2 selfie camera. Company introduce new AI enhancement using the updated NPU to improve photo and video quality in low light as well as add new camera features. like Auto Framing. Using the ultrawide camera on the back, the phone is able to crop in and adjust the shot for the number of people in the frame. It can track up to ten people at once and will automatically zoom out when more people walk in. You can also manually zoom in or track one person in the group and the shot will be framed accordingly. Like wise company also improved the portrait mode effect, which can now produce cleaner results and better background separation, even on animals. New studio lighting effects have also been added to correct lighting in edit. A night portrait mode has been added, which turns on automatically while shooting in low light.

The Device Powered by new Exynos 2200 SoC from Samsung in International Markets and Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 from Qualcomm in India and China Markets. Qualcomm chipset includes the company's Adreno 730 GPU, the Exynos chipset will feature the new AMD RDNA2-based Xclipse 920 GPU. with improved AI processing. The S22 Ultra will start at 8GB of RAM till 12 GB RAM and Internal storage from 128GB to 1 TB of storage. The S22 Ultra will come out of the box with One UI 4.1 running on top of Android 12. with 5000mAh battery which supports 45W fast charging using a wired charger and 15W wirelessly.

New Launches from Xiaomi in India :

As we all know about Xiaomi company and company had launched very decent number of mobiles in multiple segments, Also known that they had launched Redmi Note 11 series in international markets, Now they took the same handsets in Indian Market as well, Along with these device they some other products too, Let's get into details and check out what Redmi took for this Valentine week.

Redmi Note 11 & Redmi Note 11S :

As we said earlier Redmi took the same as handsets as it is from International market in to Indian Market. The Redmi Note 11 comes with a 90Hz FHD+ AMOLED display, Qualcomm’s mid-range Snapdragon 680 chip, a 5,000mAh battery with 33W fast charging support, and a 50MP quad-camera setup on the back. Where as Redmi Note 11S, features a MediaTek mid-range helio G96 SoC; a 90Hz FHD+ AMOLED display and a 5,000mAh battery with 33W fast charging support, but it comes with a better 108MP quad-camera setup. The Redmi Note 11 will go on sale in India starting February 11. It will be available in three RAM/storage configurations, 4GB+64GB variant priced at ₹13,499, the 6GB+64GB Variant priced at ₹14,499, and the 6GB+128GB variant priced at ₹15,999. Where as Redmi Note 11S will go on sale starting February 21 and it will also be available in three RAM/storage configurations. The base variant 6GB+64GB will be available for ₹16,499, where as the 6GB+128GB and 8GB+128GB variants will be priced at ₹17,499 and ₹18,499, respectively. Both models will be available through Xiaomi’s website, Amazon.in, and offline retail stores as well.

Redmi Smart TV X43 :

Redmi comes with another affordable TV in it's X Series Smart TVs. This TV features a 43-inch 4K HDR panel. It runs Xiaomi’s PatchWall 4 based on Android TV 10. Now TV launched in India and priced at ₹28,999/- You can get this TV through Xiaomi’s official website, Amazon.in, and offline retail stores starting February 16.

Redmi Smart Band Pro :

Redmi comes with another amazing product , The new Redmi Smart Band Pro is an affordable fitness tracker that packs a rectangular AMOLED display with Always-On display support, over 110 workout modes (including 3 auto-detected modes and 14 water fitness modes), SpO2 tracking, and many more fitness tracking features. It will be available for purchase in India starting February 14. The fitness band is priced at ₹3,999 and it will be available through Xiaomi’s website, Amazon.in, and offline retail stores as well.

Here's how you can use Visual Search in Edge Browser :

As we all know that Microsoft had developed it's Own web browser based on Chromium open source code instead of their Internet Explorer where replaced the same as well. After launching the application to public till now Microsoft pushed many updates to the app and in the same line now Microsoft is planning to include anther feature into the application which is Bing’s visual search. Apart from the ability to search images through an option in the right-click context menu, there’s now also a dedicated visual search button that appears when you hover over images. We already know that google already integrated their Lens into Google chrome like wise Microsoft integrated their visual search option in edge browser. Let us see how you can get that feature in the Microsoft Edge browser.

Microsoft's Visual Search :

Visual search is a Microsoft's feature that lets you look up images from websites on Microsoft’s search engine Bing, Which can be used in Edge browser. The feature will come in handy for anyone who frequently searches images for the source or looking for similar images, it is merged with edge browser long back but it can be accessed through using bing search engine. Microsoft has been testing the Visual Search feature since Edge 96, Now it is enabled it by default with Edge 99. Here's how you can enable it.

Process to Enable the feature :

=> Open Edge browser and go to settings by clicking on three dots on the top right side

=> Navigate to Appearance tab Click on Visual Search option under Context menu options :

=> Enable “Show visual search in the context menu” and “Show visual search on image hover” switches. Now you can get the option to hover over any image to search it on Bing.

This is how you can enable the visual search in Microsoft Edge browser and you can also disable the same from the process by disabling those 2 options in above screenshot.

Disable for Specific Websites in Microsoft Edge :

If you don't want to use this visual search on some websites you can block those specific websites. So that you won't get this feature on that particular websites. Here is how you can do that

=> Open Edge browser and go to settings by clicking on three dots on the top right side

=> Navigate to Appearance tab Click on Visual Search option under Context menu options :

=> Click on the “Add” button next to the “Visual search is turned off for these sites” option.

=> Now type or paste the URL of the website you would like to disable visual search on. After entering the URL, click the “Add” button, and you are all set. The browser will no longer show the visual search button on this specific website.

=> If you want to use this feature again on blocked site, click on the trash icon next to website’s name to make Visual Search functional on that website.

This is how you can Exempt a specific website to avoid using the feature and how you can delete the same from list and personally we advice you to turn this off this feature for your back up or cloud storage sites which will avoid searching your personal pics accidentally.
