Application offers a range of support services such as device repair, price quotations, live chat assistance and others. Customers can avail all of them from the comfort of their homes with just a few clicks. App has ability to book repair requests for all Xiaomi devices, installation and demos. It can also be used to locate the nearest service center to get onsite or walk-in services.


Once user downloaded the app and signed into the app, User can add their Xiaomi devices, Once user added all their products then listed under My Devices menu along with the date of purchase. The app's listing on Google Play, App includes gadgets such as the Mi Beard Trimmer, Mi TV, Mi Air POP mask, and a USB cable, along with the company's smartphones.
