 As we all know that Oneplus Handset are powered on Oxygen OS co-developing with Color OS now as part of annual update now Oneplus is on its way to roll out their latest release Oxygen OS 12 based on Android 12 and it is testing it's beta version for a while and some of it's flagship devices already got this update as well.

According to Site the status of the OxygenOS 12 is :

OnePlus 8 series and 8T are now eligible for the closed beta program.

Oxygen OS 12 stable version is now rolling out to the OnePlus 9 and 9 Pro.

OnePlus 9R Android 12 closed beta program started.

OnePlus 9RT will get the Android 12 update in March/April 2022.
